ABOUT
Durant Building Design Management (Durant BDM) was founded by Troy Durante in September 2014 and is located in Gerringong on the South Coast of NSW.
He brings with him over 20 years of experience working predominantly in Sydney but also in Vancouver & London.
Since starting the company back in 2014 Troy and his team have worked on many high-end projects in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner City & Inner West of Sydney and have built up a great sized portfolio to show for the years. The business relocated to Gerringong in 2018 and services all of the Illawarra region from Thirroul to Kiama to Culburra.
Away from building, Troy is an avid cook and BBQ enthusiast and enjoys keeping active via surfing, fishing, mixed fitness & yoga. He has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and loves spending quality time with his young family down the beach or in the backyard.

The Durant BDM team specialises in building architectural designed homes and renovations.
Our mission is to provide excellent building services to clients within the residential building industry, whilst having a strong focus on efficiency, quality, customer service and professionalism.
Troy and his team endeavour to keep up with the latest trends and technologies to remain relevant in a constantly changing and evolving industry. Aesthetics and functionality are also huge influences on his building principles and what drives the company.
