Durant Building Design Management (Durant BDM) was established by Troy Durante in September 2014 and operates from Gerringong on the South Coast of NSW.
Troy brings over 20 years of construction and design experience, having worked across diverse markets including Sydney, Vancouver, and London. This international exposure has shaped his approach to innovative design solutions and quality construction practices.
Since inception, Durant BDM has developed an impressive portfolio of premium residential projects spanning Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner City, and Inner West. In 2018, the business relocated to the South Coast, where it now serves the entire Illawarra & Shoalhaven regions from Kiama through to Culburra Beach.
Troy's commitment to excellence extends beyond the building site. He's passionate about coastal living, quality craftsmanship, and creating homes that reflect his clients' lifestyles. When not on-site, you'll find him exploring the South Coast's beaches with his family, perfecting his BBQ skills, or enjoying the region's exceptional fishing and surf breaks.
